An Estate Agent with a rudimentary brand & logo alongside an ineffective website approached DBDC to reconstruct their entire branding as a company.
From being a leader in the area it served, business had moved into a comfortable and complacent position. Competitors moved in and many new companies sprung up.
Time had come to revive the business and claim back it’s stake in the market.
- Taking on board all the information, a fresh & energetic brand maintaining the promenance of the trusted Lane name, was created. The colouring and positioning intimated a contemporary feel subsuming a flashy format within a more chiselled base.
- The logo assisted colour coding on sections and sites rendering the on-line conversion sleek and smooth.
- The site was built upon our own custom Content Management System (CMS) which allows the Lane Property staff full control over their property listings in the sales and lettings sections. Other dynamic areas of the site include their specialised refurbishments section and the links area. In addition, we also added a google map feature to the site, allowing prospective buyers and tenants to see exactly where the property they are interested in is located.
- A user-friendly icon system was developed and controlled through the CMS to allow effortless identifying of property features.
